Eric Stricker, Editor of Transworld Skateboarding Magazine – R.I.P.

Unfortunately, the skateboard industry has lost yet another great storyteller and friend to many. Eric Stricker, Editor of Transworld Skateboarding Magazine is reported to have passed away on Wednesday, September 23. No word yet as to what happened, though we suspect that the circumstances of his death may be silenced to allow his friends and family to mourn (as they should).

A Day at The Park – Official Selection at The Skateboard Film Festival ‘09

Seattle, Washington’s Scott Yamamura made Official Selection for his efforts with A Day at The Park. His film has just been officially released for sale. The film boasts cameos from the likes of David Gravette, Vince del Valle, Sky Siljeg, Cory Kennedy and more.
